Sexual Positions
The list of sexual positions is longer than the list of positions a husband and wife have in their repertoire. I can say this with confidence because those lists are extremely long and just by reading descriptions I am convinced some of those positions are not even physically possible unless both the husband and wife are Olympic level gymnasts.

Woman on Top
An under-utilized position. This position is a favorite for many couples because it offers benefits to both partners. The wife gets to control the action and can speed up or slow down as desired, while the husband is able to take full view of his wife's body.
Cowgirl - The man lies on his back with the woman on top of him facing him.
Reverse Cowgirl - Same position as cowgirl except the woman is facing away from the man.
Man on Top
Probably the most basic and frequently used sexual position. Nothing flashy here. The man is on top and therefore usually dictates the type of love-making session. Since the husband is in control of the speed, this position can lead to quicker sessions than other positions where the wife is in control or when their is joint control.
Missionary - Most common position with the man on top and woman on bottom with legs open.
Peace Sign - Woman on bottom with legs tightly closed.
Butterfly - Woman on back, man stands and lifts her pelvis for penetration.
Deckchair - Woman on bottom with legs pulled up and man holding her legs.
From Behind
The man is behind the woman and penetrates from behind.
Doggy - Man penetrates from behind with the woman on all fours, facing down.
Spread Eagle - Woman lies facing down with her legs spread open.
Spoons - Couple is side by side facing the same direction. The man penetrates from behindStanding
In this position both partners are standing up. The wife uses a wall/table/etc. to support her while her husband penetrates from behind.
Fellatio -
Fellatio, also know as a blow job or giving head, is oral sex performed on a man. It can be the entirety of a sexual encounter or can be foreplay as a lead up to sexual intercourse. It is a great way for a wife to give pleasure to her husband.
Like everything else in the sexual world, it must be practiced to be mastered. This fact needs to be remembered on both sides. Husbands, your wife will not give you fellatio that matches your favorite fantasy the first time she tries it. Women, you will not know exactly what you are doing or the exact things to do the first time. Take it slow and communicate about what is going on.
Communication is key. Communicating before and after fellatio are great, but at least for the first several times, communication during the act can be extremely useful. While it might seem a little strange, it is much easier for a husband to tell his wife what to do during the act than to try and explain it later.
The basics of fellatio:
1. Clean up beforehand if necessary. Taking a shower or bath together can be a great start.
2. Both husband and wife get into a comfortable position.
3. The wife performs oral sex.
Well, that may be a little simplistic, but that will get you started.
Cunnilingus -
Cunnilingus is oral sex performed on a woman. A husband uses his mouth, lips and tongue to stimulate his wife often focusing on her clitoris. Exactly like for fellatio, it can be the entire sexual experience or can just be one aspect of it. Some women prefer cunnilingus to sexual intercourse as it is easier for her to achieve orgasm from having her clitoris stimulated.
